Srednekolymsk Time

Srednekolymsk Time ((ロシア語:Среднеколымское_время), ''Srednekolymskoye vremya'') or SRET, is a time zone in Russia, named after the city of Srednekolymsk. It is eleven hours ahead of UTC (UTC+11) and eight hours ahead of Moscow Time (MSK+8).
Prior to 2014, there was a time zone, Magadan Time (UTC+12, MSK+8), containing Magadan Oblast, the eastern part of the Sakha Republic, Kamchatka Krai, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and the northern Kuril Islands. On 26 October 2014 Russia abandoned year-round daylight saving time, moving most of the country back one hour, and altered some time zone boundaries at the same time. The Magadan time zone was split into three parts:
*Magadan Oblast was moved back two hours to Vladivostok Time (UTC+10, MSK+7)
*Kamchatka and Chukotka maintained their existing time zone as Kamchatka Time, (UTC+12, MSK+9)
*Some very sparsely populated areas in Sakha Republic and the northern Kuril Islands were moved back one hour, maintaining their offset from Moscow. These areas use Srednekolymsk Time, a time zone name introduced 2014.
